Primr turns your internal documents into training, so you should know exactly how we handle them. Here's what's true today — and an honest view of where our security program is headed.
Authentication
Accounts are protected with encrypted sessions issued by our dedicated authentication service. Single sign-on (SAML) is available — we configure it against your identity provider during onboarding. SCIM provisioning is on the enterprise roadmap; ask us about timeline.
Data handling
All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Your content belongs to you: export it or delete it whenever you want, and deleting it removes it from Primr.
Access & audit
Role-based access separates learners, creators, and admins, so people see only what their role allows. Completions are recorded per learner, and every certificate is signed with Ed25519 — anyone can verify it independently, even offline.
Compliance
We're an early-stage company and not yet formally certified, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise. We follow established data-protection principles today and are building toward formal certification. Need a security questionnaire completed? Contact us and a real person will respond.
Your documents stay yours.
Primr sends the material you upload to our AI model providers for one purpose: generating your lessons. Your content is not used to train AI models. We rely on a small, standard set of sub-processors — cloud hosting, AI model providers, and payment processing — each under its own data-protection terms.
